Writer attended excercises at Chartiers Cemetery last year and was embarrased at crowds desecrating graves--standing on graves to hear program, reducing graves to pitiful sight; suggests that as Master of Ceremonies you see this is averted. Last 1/3 of second page torn off, so writer's name cannot be determined
